I cannot activate the test subscription. Why is that?

If you are having trouble registering for a trial subscription, please remember that you can only do so if you have not yet signed up for a 14-day trial subscription for the Pro Feature in question.
Tip: You're not sure whether you already had a 14-day test subscription? Just look at my.dialux.com on your profile.
If you have never taken out a test subscription and still have problems with the registration, please contact our support.
