We do not use a special weather model in our DIALux evo software.
The sky types in DIALux correspond to the CIE 110-1994 "Spatial distribution of daylight - Luminance distributions of various reference skies". A luminance is assigned to each point of the sky. The luminance depends on the solar height, the solar azimuth, the sky point height and the sky point azimuth.
