If you encounter problems with your graphics card during the installation of our DIALux evo software, we recommend that you first update your graphics card driver on the graphics card manufacturer's site and not via the Windows function.
If the problems continue to occur after a driver update, you should check whether more than one graphics card is installed in your computer system. If so, you must switch from the graphics card integrated in the CPU to the dedicated graphics card.
