If there are problems with your graphic card during the installation of our DIALux evo software, the first thing we recommend is to update your graphic card driver on the manufacturer homepage of your graphic card and not with the Windows function.
If the problems continue after the update of the graphic card driver, you should check if there is more than one graphic card implemented in your computer system. If so, you have to switch it from the integrated graphic card to the dedicated graphic card.
